An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) is a professionally trained holistic health mentor who supports clients in defining and achieving their health and wellness objectives by providing tailored, one-on-one guidance in identifying the foods and lifestyle habits that are most beneficial to them. Health coaches partner with clients to empower them to become an expert in their own health. They focus on maintaining health rather than responding to acute illness. Health coaches meet clients where they are, provide unconditional support and believe in a client’s ability to make sustainable lifestyle changes.

A health coach creates a safe space for clients to:

  • take a journey of self discovery

  • set self-determined goals

  • commit to action steps

  • establish accountability in order for clients to reach their wellness vision
